Yet somewhere along the way, many of us pick up the idea that we’re somehow “less than.”

Somewhere inside, we feel inadequate in some way. Deficient. Not good enough. Unworthy.

From this distorted view of ourselves, we assume that our worthiness is something we have to earn or prove.

So we start seeking it outside of ourselves:

“If I could just get that person to like or approve of me…”

“If I could just get that promotion at work…”

“If I could just find the perfect relationship…”

“If I could just lose that weight…”

“If I could just get a new car/house/outfit/gadget…”

“If I could just fix that flaw in myself…”

“If I could just be a better person/parent/partner/friend…”


If we step back, we know that this orientation to life makes us feel insecure, anxious, and stressed.

We know it makes us unhappy, disapproving of ourselves, and dissatisfied.

But the vague promise of a payoff keeps us coming back for more—

We mistakenly think the feeling of enoughness lives in the milestones, possessions, accomplishments, and praise.

So we push ourselves. We try to be who we think we’re supposed to be. We try to make our lives look how we think they’re supposed to look. We hustle and prove. We give 150%. We overwork ourselves, over-schedule our days, and over-function in our relationships.

We tell ourselves the same old story that simply being as we are is not enough, and that changing something about ourselves or our lives will make us enough.

But no matter how much we do and give and accomplish from this energy, that feeling of enoughness remains elusive.

Because it was never about that promotion or that house or that person’s approval. Not really.

If it was about all that stuff, we’d already be enjoying the feeling of self-worth we’ve been working so hard for, right?

Trying to find worthiness outside of ourselves is like chasing a mirage on the horizon—it’ll always remain out of reach, no matter how hard we push.

We’ll never find our worthiness in something outside of us, because it’s already within us.

The more we look out there for our self-worth, the further from it we wander.

The more we see our worthiness as something we have to attain or earn, the more we hold ourselves apart from it.

The truth is that our worthiness is intrinsic and unconditional.

We don’t have to earn it, we were born with it. We can’t gain or lose it, it simply is.

Our stories of unworthiness are like invisible fences in our lives—sometimes difficult for us to perceive or move beyond, but very tangibly there, limiting our freedom and expansion.

We are all already enough. The only thing keeping us from being worthy is the misguided belief we took on that we’re not.

It’s time to set the record straight and start seeing yourself as you truly are and always have been: already worthy.

If this sounds radical to you, that’s because it is.

Cultivating worthiness internally is rarely modeled or taught in our society.

Very few of us came up in cultural context or social environment that affirmed us exactly as we were, and helped us separate our abilities and achievements from our personal value.

Most of us were trained from a young age to measure our worth based our productivity, achievements, social status, and image. We all received messaging about what would make us successful, ‘worthy’ adults, and very little of this revolved around having a compassionate, unconditionally loving relationship with ourselves.

The paradigm of proving our ‘enoughness’ has become so mainstream that many of us never even attempt to counter it.

And yet, when we hear the words already worthy, something deep within in us knows they’re true.

Seeking our worthiness externally is an old habit we can transform, and embracing our intrinsic worthiness is a new skill we can develop.

This program is designed for personal transformation in a supportive and inclusive virtual community setting.


The Already Worthy Program consists of 17 sessions across 3 months: 12 learning sessions (2 hours each) and 5 coaching calls (90 minutes each).

Sessions take place live on Zoom, and participants get lifetime access to replays of all sessions!

Learning Sessions are where Erin covers the program curriculum (see the journey outlined below). In these sessions we review the digital educational materials together, do partner activities in breakout rooms, see the tools applied in real-time with coaching demos, and go deeper with the content through engaging group discussions and personal shares.

Coaching Calls are experiential and organic opportunities for support. They are a space for participants to receive ‘hot seat’ coaching from Erin around their worthiness-based challenges, and witness and support one another’s growth. Erin’s intuitive coaching gets to the heart of the matter quickly, and catalyzes breakthroughs that empower not only the person being coached, but everyone present.

Attendance Policy
Participants are kindly requested to commit to joining at least half of the sessions as a prerequisite to signing up for the program. Attendance at every session is not mandatory, but joining sessions real-time is the best way to experience and co-create the transformational power of the program.

What ideas have you internalized about what makes you worthy? In this session we’ll explore common misconceptions about how worthiness works, how it actually works, and what it looks like to start embracing a paradigm of intrinsic worthiness.

Session 2 | Releasing Narratives Of Inadequacy
What disempowering stories of personal inadequacy are you ready to set down? In this session we’ll look at how dominant narratives and systemic oppression fuel our unworthiness, and how we can transform our internal narratives to align with our own dignity.
